Dustin Simcox
Dustin Simcox serves as Chief Executive Officer, President, and lead Agent certified to represent players in the NBA, WNBA, and FIBA internationally. He is the youngest person to ever hold licenses in all three professional basketball venues and has been recognized as a top 5 agent internationally in consecutive seasons. On October 27th, 2015 (at age 26) he was named Director of the Eurobasket Summer League (ESL) by Eurobasket manager Marek Wojtera. ESL has been one of the most prestigious summer camps over the last decade. He was born and raised in Akron, OH and played basketball collegiately at Rio Hondo College (RHC) and Hawaii Pacific University (HPU). He graduated from RHC with an AA in Business Administration, a BSBA in Management from HPU, and a BSBA in Marketing from HPU. As a junior at HPU he was selected President of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) which is a NCAA sanctioned committee formed to give a voice to all student athletes and allow them to be represented equally around the country. He was later elected as Executive Chair of the Pac West Conference overlooking all 10 member institutions. Dustin has proven to be at an elite status at managing and marketing athletes to the best of their abilities.
Kawika Lyons
Kawika Lyons serves as Vice-President and Director of the WCL Recruiting Service. He was born in Long Beach, California before moving to Honolulu, Hawaii to attend the prestigious Kamehameha-Kapalama Schools located on Oahu of the Hawaiian Islands. He graduated from Kamehameha in the top echelon of his class and was a three year member of their basketball team. He then moved onto Hawaii Pacific University to continue his education and collegiate basketball career. He was a member of HPU’s basketball team for five seasons including two years under legendary coach Tony Sellitto. Lyons graduated from Hawaii Pacific with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Business. Kawika’s financial background allows his expertise in the intricacies of the NBA and WNBA Salary Cap and Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Jelany White
Jelany White serves as Chief Marketing Officer, Director of Player Recruitment and Development, and Director of the WCL Sports Agency. He was born and raised in Los Angeles, California while graduating from Crenshaw HS in Los Angeles. He was a McDonald’s All American Nominee during his senior season at Crenshaw. In his collegiate career he played for Chadron State College and Hawaii Pacific University. He was a three time team captain and starter as a point guard for HPU. His knowledge of the Pre-Draft Workouts and Combine allows him to provide an unmatched ability to prepare our players at the highest levels physically and mentally. White graduated at Hawaii Pacific with a Bachelor’s degree in General Business.
